As a Commercial Partner Manager (m / f / d), you will serve as the main contact for TecCom partners (ERP and Webshop solution providers, cooperations) in Europe and the Middle East, alongside our Technical Partner Manager.

Your responsibilities include :

* Expand Partner Network : Acquire new partners and manage relationships within the TecAlliance Partner Program.
* Commercial Oversight : Monitor partner performance, revenues, and costs through regular reviews and feedback.
* Process Improvement : Optimize partner onboarding, concepts, and processes in collaboration with the Technical Partner Manager.
* Training & Development : Conduct sales and support training for partners to meet set objectives.
* Cooperations Management : Oversee long-term collaborations, identify new opportunities, and present concepts to leadership.

Your profile includes :

* A degree in Business Administration or similar, with relevant experience in a commercial role.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is advantageous.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* Experience in business development, sales, marketing, and IT processes.
* Strong market knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, structured, with a customer-oriented and problem-solving approach.
* Ownership, intercultural skills, and deep understanding of the target market, including IT infrastructure, trends, and needs, to develop effective strategies.
