This role will also be involved in live streaming projects and work closely with the Paid Media team to drive sustainable growth across multiple channels.This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, ideal for someone who understands performance marketing and enjoys working with creators, partners, and data.Affiliate Marketing (Website & Amazon):Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs for the company website and AmazonRecruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, publishers, and partnersDevelop commission structures, promotional policies, and incentive programs to improve performanceMonitor affiliate traffic, conversion, and ROI, and continuously optimize resultsTrack performance and provide regular reporting and insightsLive Streaming Projects:Support and participate in live streaming initiatives (e.g. influencer live commerce, product live streams)Coordinate with creators, affiliates, MCNs, and third-party partners for live campaignsAnalyze live stream performance and collaborate with the team to improve conversion and revenue.Paid Media Collaboration:Work closely with the Paid Media team on channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon AdsSupport campaign optimization, channel synergy, and performance analysisAlign affiliate and paid media strategies to maximize overall customer acquisition efficiency.Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).Spanish and English is a mustStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsFamiliar with major affiliate platforms and toolsBasic understanding of live streaming, influencer marketing, and e-commerce conversionSolid understanding of Paid Media fundamentals is a plusEducation: Bachelor or graduate degreeExperience: At least 5-years Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs for websites and/or Amazon.
