We are currently looking for Real Estate Agents to lead sales and client relationships in designated areas of the island.
Your Role Will Include:
Residential Sales & Client Management:
* Prospect and acquire exclusive properties in prime areas of Mallorca.
* Manage relationships with homeowners and potential buyers.
* Conduct valuations, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
* Accompany clients throughout the sales process, delivering a premium service.
New Developments:
* Identify and secure new development projects for commercialization.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international developers.
* Negotiate agreements and serve as the key contact throughout the project lifecycle.
