We are looking for an experienced Technology & Operations Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology, integration, and operational readiness activities supporting improvements in digital channels .
In this role, you will own Technology & Operations delivery end-to-end, ensuring all technical components are prepared, integrated, tested, and ready for deployment. You will coordinate closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders while partnering with a Business Lead, who will focus on strategy, operational design, and colleague processes.
This role requires someone who can drive delivery across complex technical environments, manage dependencies, and ensure strong governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Technology & Operations delivery across multiple systems, integrations, and technical workstreams.
* Translate business requirements into clear technical delivery plans .
* Coordinate engineering, integration, and technical teams to ensure aligned execution.
* Manage project governance, including RAID tracking, progress reporting, and delivery oversight.
* Oversee environment preparation, testing cycles, and deployment readiness activities .
* Manage dependencies across systems, teams, and releases to ensure smooth delivery.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering technology-focused projects in complex enterprise environments .
* Strong understanding of system integration, testing processes, and technical readiness .
* Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and delivery dependencies .
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
* Strong governance and reporting discipline (RAID management, delivery tracking, escalation management).
* Structured, proactive approach with the ability to drive delivery and resolve blockers effectively .
