Now, we're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Manager to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse community of guests.
Your Role:
As Front Desk Manager you will lead the reception team and support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure swift resolution of guest issues.
* Oversee daily cash transactions and maintain accurate account balances.
Team Leadership & Development
* Recruit, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure consistent high-quality service.
* Manage scheduling, shifts, and vacation planning while fostering a positive team culture.
Reputation & Partnerships
* Manage online guest reviews (TripAdvisor, Booking, Google, etc.) to uphold brand reputation.
* Build partnerships with companies and event organizers to drive business growth.
Operations & Compliance
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to guarantee room readiness and cleanliness.
* Monitor stock levels of reception and operational supplies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A tourism diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in customer service for hospitality.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English;
familiarity with other foreign languages is advantageous.
* Knowledge of the MEWS PMS highly valued.
