About this Role : This full-time, permanent position joins our Agriculture Customer Insights Team.

The Client Success Manager will deliver strategic insights and support our agricultural clients through our market research services.

Are you experienced in quantitative and qualitative research design, interpretation, and analysis? Do you excel at building strong client relationships? Do you have knowledge of the agricultural market? If yes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

* Client Success Management (45%) : Liaise regularly with clients, monitor data needs, and connect them with solutions from our Sigma portfolio. Conduct training sessions tailored to client needs, update client lists including key data gatekeepers and power users, communicate new data releases with summaries and insights, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication.
* Insights Reporting (35%) : Define product vision and strategy based on market trends and client needs. Use market research to identify opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and position products effectively. Generate insights from data analysis, write reports on trends and drivers, and present findings to clients virtually or in person.
* Data Analysis (20%) : Coordinate activities involving sigma Crop Subscription Services to produce high-quality data and support clients. Conduct research to update code lists, develop survey tools, program data analysis software, prepare presentations, and ensure timely delivery of data and insights.

Qualifications :

* Strong understanding of agriculture and key crops in relevant markets.
* Knowledge of plant pathology, weeds, and pests.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau and PowerBI is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
* Market research experience and data visualization skills are advantageous.

Additional Notes : This role can be based in North America or Europe.

Interview Process : 2 or 3 interview phases via Microsoft Teams.
