We are looking for an Electrical Installation Assistant Supervisor to support the supervision, execution, and monitoring of electrical installations within large-scale industrial projects. Reporting directly to the Electrical Installation Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that installation activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in the planning and execution of electrical installations according to the project schedule.
- Supervise field work, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
- Assist in the coordination of material resources and technical personnel.
- Monitor construction/site progress and report incidents to the supervisor.
- Collaborate in the interpretation and updating of electrical diagrams.
- Interact with suppliers and subcontractors during the installation phase.
- Support the commissioning of systems together with the engineering team.
- Verify compliance with electrical safety regulations on-site.
Requirements:
- Higher Technical Degree (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Automation and Control, Electricity, Mechatronics, or similar.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial electrical installations.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment (automation, machinery, production lines).
- Availability for field work.
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of commissioning and start-up activities.
- Experience in electrical panel assembly.
- Knowledge of EPLAN.

The expected salary range for this position is €33,000–€38,000 gross per annum. However, the final offer will be aligned with the candidate's level of experience, technical capabilities, skills, and the value they can bring to the project.
