**Job Description**:

The **Customer Experience Advocate **is responsible for providing continuous quality of customer service; you are passionate about interacting with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver a consistent experience every time, minimizing effort to maximize loyalty. Supporting our product and service businesses, you will be working in a environment, where no two days are the same, you embrace change and thrive on the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.

You will report to our Enterprise Customer Experience (ECX) organization, location within proximity to a Rockwell Automation facility is required, to support a flexible hybrid working model.

**What you will do**
- You will proactively answer questions and resolve issues related to orders and service requests.
- You will work with all partners, to provide excellent customer support.
- Product and service issues resolution; handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Have a clear understanding of Goals ensure they are met/exceeded within the set financial period.
- You will represent Supply chain and be the voice of the customers in the organization.
- You will provide proactive delivery information by Open Orders report following Service level agreement including the proactive expediting of orders.
- You will take care of Customer product returns including new product failures and warranty claims.
- You will support Repair/Exchange Requests.

**Skills you have**
- You have Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer, both written and in speech, to work in a global intercultural business environment.
- You have understanding and problem-solving skills.
- You have affinity with Supply Chain and Customer Care.
- You have 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment, or supply chain role.
- You can work as an individual and in a team.
- You believe in and practice ethical behavior.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and SAP and/or Oracle.
- You are fluent in German, knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
- You have a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to handle unforeseen situations.
