Responsibilities
* Support the ESG Operations Director in implementing the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy and operational framework across the Operations of the company.
* Coordinate and monitor the execution of ESG-related initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with established goals, timelines, and KPIs.
* Collect, validate, and analyse ESG performance data from internal and external sources to support reporting and continuous improvement processes.
* Prepare internal and external ESG reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to relevant standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
* Track and interpret evolving ESG regulations, reporting requirements, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and strategic alignment.
* Provide support during internal and external ESG audits, assessments, and assurance processes.
* Maintain documentation and records related to ESG processes, procedures, and reporting systems.
* Contribute to ESG training initiatives and the promotion of sustainability awareness across the organization.

Qualifications
Education:
* Degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Sustainability, Engineering, or similar.
* Master’s degree or postgraduate specialization in ESG, Sustainability, or related fields is a strong asset.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, social and environmental impact, or related fields.
* ESG data management, reporting, and frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and interface with diverse stakeholders.
Languages:
* Fluently in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish and French) is considered an advantage.
Specific Knowledge required:
* Solid understanding of ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
* Knowledge of ESG rating agencies and disclosure platforms (Ecovadis, Sedex, CPD, etc.).
* Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and ESG software systems.
* Awareness of regulatory trends and stakeholders’ expectations in the ESG landscape.
* Willingness to generate positive impact.
