In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the quality and reliability of the components that power our most advanced climate control systems. You’ll also work closely with our design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure every part fits seamlessly into our innovative HVAC solutions.

How You Will Do It
* Supervise the quality of materials received at the factory, identifying deviations, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring that each component meets technical specifications and industry standards.
* Evaluate and validate new suppliers by conducting quality audits and establishing strategic relationships to promote continuous improvement.
* Identify viable alternative components that ensure the expected performance.
* Ensure the proper integration of components into our products.
* Maintain accurate records of quality reports, audits, and non-conformities.
* Ensure traceability of critical components and materials.
What We Are Looking For
* Degree in Technical Engineering or a Bachelor's in Engineering, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Experience with PCBs is a plus.
* Knowledge of quality standards applicable to the automotive sector, inspection methods, quality tools, and manufacturing processes.
* Advanced level of English. Other languages are a plus.
* Availability for occasional international travel.
This role requires a global mindset, strong technical analysis skills, and a proactive attitude to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
