Channel sales director – western europe

Responsibilities
* Accountable for the strategy and execution of partner performance and sales results for the sales unit.
* Deliver sales unit FRA, including forecast accuracy throughout the fiscal year; evaluate metrics and translate results into strategic priorities and plans.
* Continuously assess customer TAM opportunities, competitive dynamics, market insights, and intelligence to inform proposals addressing opportunities, challenges, and risks.
* Engage with CxO leaders and Partner Country Managers within the partner ecosystem to align on strategy, joint commitments, and priorities as documented in the Partner Business Plan, ensuring mutual commitment and delivery on key metrics and KPIs.
* Develop a consistent strategy, execution, and co-sell plan for all local partners, leveraging key metrics and sharing best practices across sales units.
* Create a predictable engagement model with in-region partners based on alignment on the Partner Business Plan, KPIs, and strategic priorities, aiming for shared business outcomes.
* Implement a collaborative operating model with Regional OU leaders and shared services, establishing transparent engagement to maximize opportunities and insights, and role modeling One Microsoft behaviors.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development, preferably in the technology industry.
* Experience supporting partner performance and sales results, with accountability for FRA, forecast integrity, and strategic planning based on insights.
* Ability to leverage market insights to assess customer TAM, competitive dynamics, and risks; and to design targeted proposals for emerging opportunities.
* Strong skills in engaging senior partner leaders to influence outcomes, align on strategy, and ensure mutual accountability for KPIs and growth.
* Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams and implement collaborative, transparent operating models across regions, exemplifying One Microsoft behaviors.
