We’re starting to build our freelance hospitality delivery network for Formula 1 Madrid 2026.
As preparations continue for one of the biggest new events in the sports & hospitality industry, we’re looking to connect with freelance professionals interested in supporting the hospitality operation and guest experience delivery during September 2026.
We are particularly interested in profiles with experience in:
* Hospitality & catering operations
* VIP guest experience
* Customer service
* Venue management
* Hospitality operations & logistics
* Technical venue delivery / architects / overlay execution
This is not a permanent role posting. We’re building a network of trusted freelance professionals to support different areas of the hospitality delivery during the event period.
We’re looking for proactive, hands-on people who are comfortable working in fast-paced live event environments and who enjoy being part of large-scale international projects.
