advisory firm for companies, investors and organizations with a focus on the middle

We offer advisory services related to the definition of corporate strategy and value

management as well as the execution of transactions and financing operations, as well

* Strategy and Valuation (S&V).
* Transactions: Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Support (TS).
* Financing and Debt Restructuring (F&R).

through the growth stages as well as crisis management and restructuring.

Through our membership with the ECOVIS International network in more than 90

countries, we accompany our clients nationally and internationally by providing

coverage in more than 90 countries with Audit, Accounting, Tax, Legal and Financial

Advisory services.

allows us to find the best solutions to the challenges of our clients.

KAP is currently going through a strong process of growth across all its service lines

requiring the incorporation of different types of professionals.

About the role

As part of the firm's growth plan, we are looking to incorporate an Analyst to work in

the Corporate Finance team advising clients on Corporate Strategy, Valuation, M&A,

Financing and Debt Restructuring.

This person will work directly with the Associates and will have the opportunity to

closely collaborate with the senior management of the firm.

This person will have the following main responsibilities:

* Execute complex financial modeling including financing structures such as: LBO, project finance, asset financing, debt restructuring, among others.
* Prepare financial analysis, including detailed valuation analysis, such as: LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, return and dividend analysis, accretion and dilution, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts analysis, among others.
* Prepare materials for clients and participate in client meetings during the course of deal origination and execution.
* Cooperate with other team members on client coverage, origination and transaction execution teams.
* Conduct research with different platforms and tools to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.

What we are looking for

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
* Postgraduate studies as well as international certifications in finance (i.e. CFA, CAIA) will be considered a plus.
* Professional experience of up to 2 years in strategic consulting, business valuation, M&A/Debt advisory, corporate banking, corporate development, private equity/debt, financial due diligence.
* Proficiency level in English for conversation, writing and reading.
