Which tasks can you expect?
Implement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practice to ensure successful implementations.
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
What do you have to offer?
Having led at least one end‑to‑end implementation in a SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management. Another module would be considered positively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology. SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification.
Good understanding of HR process. High level of conversational and written English (B2‑C1).
You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self‑managing.
