Head of Cloud at Neurons Lab — lead our AWS partnership and expand cloud capabilities across AI / ML consulting engagements. This senior leadership role combines strategic partnership management, business development, and technical excellence to accelerate growth in the cloud ecosystem. You will manage our Advanced AWS Partnership, secure funding and credits for client projects, and build world-class cloud capabilities within the team. Objective
Drive Neurons Lab's cloud strategy and AWS partnership to achieve measurable business growth. Responsibilities
Partnership Excellence : Maintain and expand the Advanced AWS Partnership status, with a target to secure Premier Tier partnership within 18 months. Funding and Credit Management : Achieve a 95%+ success rate on AWS funding applications, with rapid application times (2 business days on average). Engineering Excellence : Establish technical standards for reusable solutions, implement comprehensive documentation, and create knowledge-sharing frameworks to accelerate capability development and delivery speed. New Service Development : Launch and scale 3+ cloud service offerings generating €200K+ annual recurring revenue (Well-Architected Review, Migration, AWS Marketplace solutions, Cloud Reselling programs). Market Leadership : Grow Neurons Lab as a recognized thought leader in AI / ML cloud solutions via content, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships. KPIs
Maintain 95%+ success rate on AWS funding applications. Secure AWS funding through PoC and MAP programs with rapid PoC funding turnaround (2 days). Complete and document 10+ AWS Well-Architected reviews annually (primarily billable). Increase AWS certification portfolio (Foundation, Associate, Pro / Spec) by 30% annually. Meet or exceed 50% billable utilization while balancing internal initiatives. Achieve Premier Tier AWS Partnership within 18 months. Areas of Responsibility

Funding Program Leadership : drive PoC, MAP, ISV work, and AI / ML programs. Competency Management : lead competencies and renewals, expanding into Migration, Data Analytics, etc. Market Development : identify and cultivate opportunities within the AWS ecosystem and marketplace. Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence Architecture Standards : define standards for reusable, scalable, multi-environment solutions. Documentation Culture : establish infrastructure-as-code documentation, ARs, and knowledge
