Lead Product Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
* Defining product positioning and messaging, making sure every selling point is sharp, relevant, and customer-driven;
* Owning the product-led growth strategy, defining priorities and long-term direction;
* Leading go-to-market planning and execution for new features from announcement to launch;
* Developing use cases grounded in real customer needs, translating them into compelling narratives;
* Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and keep us ahead of the curve;
* Driving sales enablement by creating materials and supporting the Sales team with the knowledge and tools they need;
* Tracking and reporting on growth-related goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Experience & Skills
* At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing;
* Strong experience in positioning heavily technical SaaS features, starting from customer needs analysis (pain/gain framework) through to messaging and GTM execution;
* Solid understanding of software development dynamics; and of SaaS functionalities and metrics;
* A proactive mindset and a genuine drive to contribute to the company's growth;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
* Full proficiency in English;
