WHY WE NEED YOU? Position Overview:

Drive revenue growth for ElTiempo.es in Barcelona by cultivating strategic partnerships with top advertisers and media agencies. Act as a consultant to solve client business needs through tailored advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Execute a robust business pipeline and long-term account plans for sustained regional growth.
- Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
- Account Management: Foster lasting relationships with key stakeholders; deliver strategic 360° solutions to meet marketing objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with the sales organization to unify market approaches and share best practices.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of product suites and emerging digital media trends.
- Presentations: Deliver expert-level presentations to diverse client groups.
- Reporting: Provide the Commercial Director with accurate sales forecasts and activity updates.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in Digital Media Sales in Barcelona with a proven track record of revenue success.
- Comprehensive understanding of the local advertising landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to over-achieve targets.
- Strong digital business acumen and passion for industry innovation.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan proficiency is an asset.
