Leading the team also means having a strong voice internally and finding alignment between commercial and marketing functions, plus inspiring the team members to deliver their best version.
* Lead and manage the day to day activities of the CCD team
* Diagnose the root causes of category and players performance
* Identify top KPIs and define concrete targets
* Review, improve and implement the mid‑and long‑term category and customer strategy
* Develop the strategy and annual plan for each category with regard to recommended pricing, promotion (Net Revenue Management), distribution (Must Have Assortment) and trade marketing activation
* Develop and drive together with marketing the product initiatives strengthening the core and driving on‑top innovation
* Manage and track CCD budgets and ensure effective use
* Work closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
We offer a 9‑month project within a group whose brands have been known to consumers for decades. The start date is in April, and the contract is expected to run until January 2027.
