Affiliate Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, acquire, onboard, and manage relationships with new and active affiliates and influencers.
* Negotiate new affiliate deals, contracts and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and brand awareness.
* Collaborate, review, and optimize performance with active affiliates by fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with our network.
* Collaborate with affiliates and influencers to create authentic, engaging, and high-performing content across various platforms (website, social media, video, blogs, forums, etc.).
* Monitor, track, and analyze performance using modern marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.G., Tableau, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, social media insights, affiliate platforms).
* Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations based on data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).
* Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.
* Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Creative teams to ensure unified campaign execution and integrated marketing materials.
* Manage affiliate and influencers payment processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, while monitoring for fraud and abuse.
* Collaborate with the design team to create affiliate marketing material.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social media management.
* Experience in the iGaming or Sports Marketing industries is preferable and will be considered an advantage.
* Proven experience in managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns and partnerships in achieving marketing objectives.
* Excellent data analysis skills;
proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
* Experience with marketing analytics platforms and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, MyAffiliates).
* Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
* Highly organized with strong project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Deep understanding of modern digital marketing culture and trends.
