We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer with the following main responsibilities:
* Manage cost control and forecast for the project, reporting to the Project Controls Manager.
* Lead the construction cost control team.
* Manage monthly reporting of the project budget.
* Assess risks and identify improvement opportunities for escalation.
* Create regular cost control dashboards.
* Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications:
* 8-10 years of experience in analysis, estimation, and cost control, with at least 2 years in finance or cost control training.
* Experience in subcontracting, especially in civil, electromechanical, and structural areas.
* Experience in construction cost control across all phases of EPC projects.
* Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or similar.
* Experience in project and corporate reporting.
* Proven background in project/production, quantity, or cost control.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* English proficiency at least B2 level.
* Availability to work abroad.
* Skills:
