With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, we serve a wide range of industrial applications worldwide. /pp We are strengthening our Customer Support Team and are looking for a strong Customer Support Specialist – Order Processing, Planning Logistics /strong. This is a key role at the intersection of customer service, order management, and logistics - strong with a strong focus on processing and planning orders in our ERP system /strong - ensuring seamless execution from the moment a purchase order is received to the successful delivery of goods. /p pstrong What You’ll Be Doing /strong /pulli Act as the first point of contact for customer purchase orders (POs); b validate, process, and maintain orders in the ERP (e.g., D365) /b with accurate master data, pricing, Incoterms, and tax details. /lilib Plan each order in the system /b : confirm delivery dates, reserve/allocate inventory, sequence lines, and manage order promising (ATP/CTP) to align with production and logistics capacity. /lili Issue order acknowledgements and proactively communicate order status, changes, and delivery updates to customers. /lili Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process – from PO reception to final shipment – coordinating with planning, warehouse, and production to secure material availability. /lili Working with and maintaining b simple Bills of Materials (BOMs) for impellers. /b /lili Coordinate shipment planning and execution with carriers and freight partners to ensure on-time delivery. /lili Prepare and handle shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international deliveries. /lili Monitor and resolve delivery issues, escalations, and customer complaints with a structured, proactive approach. /lili Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production) to streamline service and resolve blockers. /lili Maintain clean records and auditable trails in ERP/CRM; support continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes. /li /ul pstrong What We’re Looking For /strong /pp Organized, customer-oriented, and hands-on professionals who enjoy owning processes end-to-end, thrive in dynamic environments, and deliver reliable results as part of a high-performing team. /p pstrong Requirements /strong /pullistrong3+ years’ experience /strong in customer support, order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred). /lili Proven experience strong processing and planning orders in an ERP /strong (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar), including delivery-date confirmation and inventory allocation. /lili Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. /lili Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure. /lili Fluent in strong English and Spanish /strong (written and spoken). /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong D365 experience is a strong plus /strong. /li /ul pstrong Nice to Have /strong /pulli Knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms. /lili Familiarity with strong ATP/CTP, MRP /strong, or basic production planning concepts. /lili Experience in customer logistics or post-order customer service roles. /lili Additional languages. /li /ul pstrong What We Offer /strong /pulli A permanent position in a growing international company with a global footprint. /lili A collaborative, dynamic environment where your contributions matter. /lili Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning. /lili The chance to work in a purpose-driven team that values innovation and customer success. /li /ul
