About GOTAP

GOTAP is a fast-growing performance-based influencer network helping mobile-first brands acquire high-quality users at scale. We connect top-tier creators with mobile apps and games, delivering measurable results through CPI and CPA campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.

GOTAP enables global app growth by turning creator engagement into user acquisition—without relying on custom content or upfront costs.

We're looking for a driven and curious Business Development Associate to help us grow our advertiser base, unlock strategic partnerships, and scale our presence in verticals like eCommerce, gaming, fintech, and on-demand services.

Responsibilities

* Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and reach out to mobile apps, games, and growth marketers who could benefit from performance-driven creator campaigns.
* Campaign Strategy : Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign structures (CPI / CPA) with client goals and KPIs.
* Market & Vertical Research : Stay on top of trends in mobile user acquisition, creator marketing, and high-growth verticals to inform outreach and strategy.
* Sales Pipeline Management : Track outreach, proposals, and negotiations in our CRM to ensure smooth follow-ups and deal progression.
* Calls & Demos : Participate in intro calls and product walk-throughs to showcase how GoTap drives quality installs and in-app events.
* Performance Reporting : Share client updates and performance insights with the team to iterate and optimize.

Qualifications

* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) (mandatory)
* Interest in sales, lead generation, and partnerships
* Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in remote work settings
* Knowledge and understanding of the adtech space is a major plus
* Previous experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus
* Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a performance-driven environment

Compensation

* This is a part-time, contract role of up to 10h / week
* Following a successful initial trial period, additional hours will be allocated
* The base compensation will be in the $4-8 range, depending on experience and skill, to which commission will be added
