This includes system stability, performance tuning, upgrades, security, troubleshooting, and collaboration across IT teams.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.Optimize system performance and perform upgrades and installations with minimal business impact.Implement and manage SAP security, roles, and authorizations in compliance with policies.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Basis and infrastructure.Monitor system health proactively and resolve failures.Manage integrations with other enterprise applications and cloud services.Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams.Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related.Experience in SAP consulting/support roles.Knowledge of SAP CALM, BTP, and CPI.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Self-motivated, independent, responsible.Fluency in English (C1 or higher); German or Spanish is a plus.What we offerInternational development opportunities.Hybrid work, flexible schedule, early Fridays in summer.Attractive benefits and compensation.Continuous learning, feedback, and a collaborative environment.Strong values, transparent culture, great team.If interested, visit our website and sustainability report for more info.
