Main Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote technical support (Level 1 & 2) to end users
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients), Windows and Linux operating systems and corporate applications
* Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications
* Handle user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, updates) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Exchange
* Support meeting rooms (AV systems, Microsoft Teams, videoconferencing)
* Manage IT assets, peripherals, and stock
* Track and resolve incidents through the ticketing system
* Document issues and procedures following internal standards
* Escalate complex issues when needed
* Collaborate with the IT team on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Education:
* Intermediate or Higher Degree in IT Systems, Systems Administration, Computer Science or related field
Experience:
* Between 1 and 2 years of experience in GxP / GMP regulated environments
* SAP Business One
* PowerShell
* Microsoft SQL Server administration
* Technical documentation and procedures
* Experience in regulated environments is a plus
Other requirements:
* Strong user-level experience in Windows environments
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, LAN), Microsoft 365
* Comfortable using remote support tools
* Customer-focused mindset
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (especially in regulated environments)
* Good communication skills
* B2 English level
