**About Coesia and Volpak**Volpak, headquartered in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, Spain, is the pioneer in the design and manufacturing of horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) machines for flat and stand-up pouches.Volpak's customers are market leaders in the food, beverage, chemical, personal and home care, pharma & healthcare industries.Volpak is part of Coesia, a group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.Coesia has 141 operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of about 1.9 billion euros and over 8,000 employees.Volpak is adapted to reduced mobility people and especially sensitive with people with functional diversity.**About the role**Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the resource will have the responsibility to:- Implement sales strategy and manage sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results in the assigned areas; - Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate client requirements, while preparing commercial offers and defining, along with the Company, pricing, terms & conditions, negotiations and agreements; - Organizing with customers, agents and Volpak sales teams audit visits in order to generate additional Spare parts sales and improve long-term relationships with customers; - Planning Volpak technicians’ visits in cooperation with our local representatives in Spain; - Promoting actively sales of training to Volpak customers, remote assistance tools; - Coordinating emergencycalls related to remote service and Volpak technicians’ interventions; - Manage Customer Service survey and monitoring of the results and implementation of an action plan.**What you need to be successful**- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electromechanical engineering or related- At least from 3 to 5 years of experience in working in sales with packaging background or B to B sales experience; - Availability to travel(about 30-40%)- Strong knowledge of English and Spanish language; - Will complete the profile: the ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, being result-oriented and team player.Job Reference: CGS11017
