MED SCADA & Cyber Security Sales Solutions, in MED Power Plant Solutions Department, is the team accountable for value engineering, contractual risk management & product management on SCADA & Cyber Security solutions in Vestas power plants along Sales and Service stages of the projects value chain in the Mediterranean Region, including South and Eastern European, African, and Middle Eastern countries. The team provides advanced technology & services in Monitoring, Control and Data acquisition systems and Cyber Security for the Wind Technology.
We are offering this position in Madrid or Taranto.
Responsibilities
* Wind Power Plants related Cyber Security requirements scouting & interpretations and pro-active communication with relevant customers and Regulatory Authority in the Mediterranean area;
* Input of Cyber Security market requirements to R&D Dept. for Cyber Security products & services roadmap, ensuring future compliance and competitiveness of Vestas Cyber Security offerings;
* Act as contact point for Cyber Security matters in Vestas Mediterranean and representing the Region towards Vestas Group in the Cyber Security Community;
* Securing Cyber Security best practices alignment in Vestas Mediterranean Region;
* Training SCADA / Sales / Service / Customers teams on new Vestas Cyber Security products & services;
* Participation in the team selling approach and building value in each individual project and different customer profiles during negotiation of Sales and Service Agreements, guiding customers to comply with the applicable standards and customer technical specifications;
* Technical review of the customers' tender specifications on Cyber Security, ensuring technical risk management on a project-specific basis;
* Technical contractual specification preparation of Cyber Security solutions and services during the bid stage;
* Technical meetings with customers;
* Technical support to Operations Dept. in relation to Cyber Security queries from customers.
Qualifications
* M.Sc. / B.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication / Information Security / Electronic / Automation Engineering or a related engineering field;
* 5+ years of experience in cyber security roles, specializing in document review and compliance assessments;
* Familiarity with cyber security frameworks such as IEC62443, CISA CSF 2.0, ENISA NIS 2 Directive, ISO 27001;
* Knowledge of network security principles, ethical hacking, penetration testing, intrusion detection, malware detection, and identity / access management;
* CISSP or CISM certification is considered useful;
* Knowledge about ICT requirements in Wind Power Plants adds value;
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
* Analytical skills for comprehensive document analysis and compliance assessment;
* Effective communication and presentation skills;
* Confidence talking with and presenting to external stakeholders (customers, regulators, conferences);
* Ability to summarize technical topics for non-technical stakeholders;
* Creative solution finding and a high degree of motivation to satisfy customer needs;
* Ability to work in coordination with others and collaboratively within an international team;
* Highly structured and well organized, able to prioritize daily work under a highly demanding environment;
* Adherence to high ethical standards and accountability;
* Good travel disposition in support of customer needs and overall business objectives, both within the Mediterranean area.
