You will develop and execute a regional tactical marketing plan for EMEA, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Food Science Division.Your Impact :
Develop and execute regional tactical marketing plans for EMEA, aligned with divisional goals.Propose, manage, and participate in local events, tradeshows, workshops, and webinars.Prepare and deliver customer presentations as appropriate, aligned with divisional positioning and messaging.Generate regional campaigns and promotions after validation by a global tactical marketing manager.Create local sales tools as required, following validation by the global tactical marketing manager.Measure ROI of tactical plan elements.Contribute to the division's eMarketing program (SEM, SEO, SMM).Support internal sales teams to establish Bio-Rad’s presence in the industry.Assist sales and business development managers in identifying new customers and developing markets.Help build, maintain, and segment the CRM database.Provide regional competitive feedback.Offer insights on regional strategies for new product development and competitor activity.Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in collaboration with strategic marketing and sales teams.What You Bring :
Education in marketing / sales, microbiology, molecular biology, or food safety.3-5 years of professional experience in marketing and / or sales.At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role within the Food Science sector.Fluency in English;
proficiency in a secondlanguage (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is preferable.Self-motivated, credible, and capable of managing activities that drive sales and profitability throughout the product lifecycle.Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries, with cultural awareness and sensitivity.Well-organized, autonomous, and proactive.Who We Are :
