The mission of the Beauty Consultant is to be the Brand ambassador. This person will need to achieve sales targets while promoting the Brand image, convey the brand values to customers and providing the highest standard customer service.

**Job responsibilities**: 
**MAIN DUTIES** 
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a high standard customer service throughout the whole sale. 
- Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers. 
- Identify, understand, and reformulate the customers’ needs. 
- Monitoring of the competition (special actions, launches, etc.). 
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. 
- KPI Point of Sales Follow-up. 
- Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc. 
- Achieve retail sales targets monthly. 
- Participate in merchandising maintenance / inventory according to corporate guidelines. 
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Area Manager to ensure the enough products / items in the store.Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.**Profile**:
