About the**

role

As a CSM in the Spanish market, you will be an important contributor to the Global CS team. You will report directly to local CS leadership with a dotted line into the market GM. You will collaborate closely every day with a local Sales

lead.You own an existing client portfolio across media agencies and brand-direct relationships. You will own both client-facing and technical/operational responsibilities that support the client servicing process. Clients will see you as a trusted par

tner.

You are accountable for developing a defined book of business with specific growth ta

You partner closely with a Sales Lead to identify and execute new opportunities within your
- patch.You follow best practice to create effective campaign solutions for clients. E.g. bespoke targeting strategies, troubleshooting and implementing measurement tr

- nd ROI.You ensure the highest levels of accuracy in forecasting and opportunity tr
