Context
We’re at a pivotal moment. Our SaMD product has proven its value, and we’re experiencing rapid growth in impact and complexity.
As we expand internationally and deepen integrations across clinical environments, design becomes increasingly strategic: our solutions must be understood instantly, used effortlessly, and inspire trust from the first click. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a leader to own the user experience design function. You will define the vision, lay the foundations, and lead the development of our product’s UX, from improving existing features to innovating new ones. This is your space to think, create, and grow.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that believes design can make technology more human, which is crucial in healthcare.
What You’ll Do
* Lead UX design, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Marketing teams to create user-centric experiences.
* Manage our design system, enhance usability, and support product marketing with visuals and multimedia content.
First Months Expectations
First Month:
* Immerse in our mission, understand how Tucuvi Health Manager (THM) is transforming care, meet key teams and users, and audit the current design system.
* Identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
By Month Three:
* Deliver initial contributions to the design system, improve UX based on audits and feedback, and collaborate on new features from exploration to prototypes.
* Create visuals and multimedia to support branding and communication.
After Three Months:
* Deep understanding of the product, leading end-to-end feature design, and evolving the design system for scalability and clarity.
* Your work will impact user experience, trust, and adoption, shaping the product’s future at Tucuvi.
Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and consistency.
* Lead end-to-end UX design, focusing on simplicity and usability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate workflows into intuitive solutions.
* Create high-impact visual assets for product marketing.
* Embed an AI-first mindset into design workflows and interfaces.
* Contribute to the product vision through research, feedback, and iteration.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
Requirements
* Experience building scalable design systems.
* Proven ability to lead comprehensive UX processes.
* Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Marketing teams.
* Experience creating visual content for product marketing.
* Ability to design for AI-powered interfaces and improve workflows with AI.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
