At Hays we’re looking for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to Data Architect initiatives in a collaborative, international environment.
What you will do:
- Define a Data Strategy aligned with Business Goals: L ead the vision and roadmap for data architecture, ensuring.
- Design and Deliver Data Architecture Solutions: Create models, policies, and procedures for integral data management, ensuring quality, security, and integration.
- Drive Data Governance: Structure data ownership, promote responsible usage, and ensure compliance throughout the data lifecycle.
- Support Digital Transformation: Collaborate with IS/IT teams and stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Approximately 10 years of experience as a Data Architect
- Advanced expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery, data integration, and DevOps
- Background in industrial or manufacturing environments, with knowledge of OT systems and how to connect and collect data from plant machinery
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a big plus).
