We are fully committed to making fundcraft a leader in fund services.**About the role**:**Your missions**:You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of fundcraft’s operations team in a fast-paced work environment.Within the team, you will report to the CTO and take the lead of several projects:**What you can expect to do in the role**:- You will facilitate the activities of varying complexity for multiple scrum teams.- Coordinate development dependencies that span multiple teams and know how to track team progress in Jira (data team, back-end, front-end, odoo, and others to come).- You will be in charge of managing and monitoring all Scrum ceremonies - Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums/Huddles, Retrospectives and Reviews/Demos- You will use Agile principles & processes to ensure sprint goals are delivered within the target iteration, adhere to quality standards, and meet the stakeholder’s expectations and business needs.- You will be responsible for the delivery of bottom-up reports at the beginning and at the end of each Sprint. These deliverables will be sent to the executive committee and investors of the company.- Deliver on time and with quality the “Sprint Planning high-level commitment Report” Report should contain the main objectives to achieve in the sprint as well as the user value expected to give in the coming two weeks.- Deliver on time and with quality “The end of Sprint Report to Stakeholders”.- You will effectively draw from a multitude of skills & capabilities to influence team members, promote communication & unblock scrum teams- You will take the lead in communicating project/product delivery updates, reports & make connections between tactical activities & the larger business outcome- You will coordinate development dependencies that span multiple teams and know how to track team progress in Jira- You will be in charge of escalating issues, blocking points and potential delays to project stakeholders and executive committee, in a timely manner. Responsible for unblocking any critical point or development that is not moving forwards and reporting up.- Be ready to answer any questions on product delivery sprint status to any stakeholder (operations, clients, C-level ) and any question on the status of development of an urgent ticket.- Facilitate the balance between roadmap delivery and urgent requests.- Facilitate, organise and coordinate the bi-weekly sessions of Product Owners + Champion users.- You will teach and guide Product Managers and Developers with Agile best practices adoption.- Monitor the progress of any deadline we have with internal stakeholders as well as with clients or external stakeholders and scale any issue to managers and C-Level in a timely manner.- You have minimum **5 years of experience as Scrum Master** in software product development setting and delivery model.- You have deep understanding of Agile development process/best practices and the ability to drive for results.- You have the ability to challenge teams to break down stories/tasks into reasonable sizes so that work can be delivered each Sprint.- You have the ability to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities.- You have strong leadership skills.
