Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Product Marketing Manager will lead in the alignment of both the product go-to-market strategy and brand objectives to drive both sales and end user adoption. They will use their expertise to execute day-to-day product marketing tasks, drive successful product launches, develop customer presentations, assist with product education programs, drive product adoption for customers, monitor competitive activity, and form plans to increase global market share.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop effective go-to-market sales enablement materials for new product announcements and feature enhancements with support from the Product team
2. Manage product strategies and plans
3. Communicate product value propositions to new and existing customers through customer presentations, sales flyers, videos, display ads, email marketing campaigns and more
4. Manage product communications internally and externally with support from the Product Communications Manager for release notes
5. Assist with ongoing training and education programs, including digital training materials, for existing and new products
6. Manage the development and maintenance of brand materials
7. Understand Cendyn's competitive landscape and perform market research
8. Partner with the product team to ensure brand voice and vision is carried throughout the entire product line(s)
9. Utilize competitive trade promotion – field visits, market track analysis for product mix, promotions and pricing
10. Maintain regular communication with the Demand Generation team to ensure both teams are aligned
11. Use the CMS to post blogs and update product content on the website.
Key Metrics:
12. Support meeting and/or exceeding companywide go-get revenue number(s)
13. Increased product usage
14. Increased NPS score(s)
15. Usage of product marketing assets
16. Meet or exceed monthly MQLs
Qualifications:
17. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
18. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS product marketing is ideal, ideally in travel technology or the hospitality industry
19. Strong project management skills
20. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and skills
21. Must be a self-starter who can work independently, and drive projects forward
22. Must be highly organized and flexible, with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
23. Must have a good understanding of digital advertising and event management
24. Experience with Salesforce, Adobe and Microsoft technology stack
25. A valid international passport
