As the Head of Procurement, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the supply chain, ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of materials and services for our innovative packaging machinery. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing supplier performance, conducting supplier evaluation, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.Contract Management :
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure that terms and conditions are favorable to the organization and compliant with regulations.Analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize spending while maintaining quality and efficiency.Assessing and mitigating risks related to procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions, supplier financial stability, and compliance with regulations and ethical standards.Inventory Management :
Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.Quality Assurance :
Establishing quality standards for purchased goods and services, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring that suppliers meet quality requirements.Strategic Planning :
Collaborating with other departments to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives, supporting organizational growth and sustainability.Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as ethical standards, in procurement processes and supplier relationships.Continuous Improvement :
