Role OverviewWe are building the CJC Race community from zero, and we need a Community Manager who has done this before - specifically in blockchain gaming or GameFi. You will own Discord and Telegram end-to-end: architecture, onboarding, moderation standards, engagement campaigns, guild activations, and the player-to-community migration funnel. This is a founding community role. What you build in the next 90 days defines whether CJC Race becomes a player-led ecosystem or a ghost town.
What You Will OwnBuild and structure CJC Race Discord and Telegram from scratch - channels, bots, roles, onboarding flows, and multilingual support (Indonesian and Filipino first)Execute daily community engagement: conversations, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and player eventsManage and brief community moderators across time zonesPlan and manage KOL campaignsRun player migration campaigns - moving active in-game players into Discord and TelegramIdentify, recruit, and manage regional ambassadors across SEA marketsTrack and report community metrics weekly: member growth, retention, DAU, message volume, and sentimentCollaborate with the Collab Manager on cross-project campaigns and guild activationsFeed the content team with real community language, player insights, and meme formatsMonitor competitor communities and flag intelligence weekly
Requirements~4+ years as a Community Manager in a live blockchain gaming or GameFi project~ Proven track record growing a Discord or Telegram community from sub-1K to 10,000+ members~ Deep understanding of GameFi mechanics: NFTs, wallets, play-to-earn, guild structures~ Strong English communication;
Bahasa Indonesia or Filipino/Tagalog is a significant advantage~ Hands-on experience with MEE6, Collab.Land, Zealy, Galxe, or similar community infrastructure tools~ Ability to write community posts, announcements, and event copy without needing a brief
Nice to HavePrior experience at a horse racing, esports, or competitive gaming communityExisting network of guild managers or P2E community leadersExperience running ambassador or scholarship programs
