Your mission
Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Marketing & Market Access team as Marketing Disease Manager PAH. This role involves leading, defining, and executing strategic initiatives related to PAH products. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, Pulmonary Vascular & Interstitial Lung Diseases, the Corporate Marketing Disease Manager will lead the corporate brand strategy to be a reference point in each market, meeting their needs and fostering collaboration to achieve individual and collective objectives globally, thereby impacting the company's value.
* Contribute as a key member of the global PAH Disease Team by developing the global marketing plan, enabling cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
* Co-lead the Pulmonary Rare Disease Franchise in partnership with the Marketing Team, driving a unified strategic vision.
* Oversee brand performance by tracking progress against targets, measuring impact through KPIs and ROI, and managing the marketing budget.
* Analyze global trends, brand positioning, and customer insights to support sales forecasts and market development.
* Share market best practices to promote cross-country knowledge transfer.
* Manage the global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network to enhance scientific positioning and stakeholder engagement.
* Support Business Development and International B2B teams in partner sublicensing and alliance management.
* Prepare and execute business reviews with licensor partners, ensuring strategic alignment and serving as the main contact for disease brands at Ferrer.
* Assist local partners and affiliates in activities like launch planning, sharing best practices, and promotional development.

Requirements : What You’ll Need To Succeed
Ideal candidates possess empathy, humility, curiosity, and optimism. The following qualifications are preferred :
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science
* Relevant marketing experience in healthcare or life sciences
* International experience and rare disease expertise are a plus
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen
* Proficiency in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
