Our client is a company in the nautical sector seeking to incorporate an Area Sales Manager to lead the execution of the commercial strategy in Asia, Middle East & Northern Europe, in coordination with the Chief Commercial Officer and aligned with the company's short-, medium- and long-term strategic plan, with the objective of maintaining and strengthening the distributor network.Reporting to:Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)ResponsibilitiesImplement the commercial strategy for the assigned region, aligned with corporate objectives.Lead the management of agreements with key distributors within the assigned geographical area.Identify and analyze growth opportunities in new markets and strategic locations.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support expansion decisions.Participate in internal meetings focused on process improvement, organizational development and commercial strategy, as well as interactions with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.Collaborate in the planning and coordination of corporate events, boat shows, distributor meetings and client visits.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital management tools and processes to maximize commercial efficiency (e.g., CRM, commercial dashboards).Plan annual budgets and investments for the assigned region.Work closely with the marketing department to develop joint strategies (e.g., co-branding, presence at trade shows) that drive business impact.Maintain communication with after-sales and engineering teams to share feedback and market intelligence that contribute to improving the Group's products and services.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years' experience in commercial roles in Asia, Middle East & Northern Europe within the nautical sector or adjacent B2B industries, with proven results.Previous experience managing distributors, as well as developing new markets through prospecting and establishing agreements with new partners.University degree, preferably complemented by a master's degree in sales or a related field.English and Spanish required. Other languages such as German, French or Italian will be valued.Location:Barcelona, with travel across Asia, Middle East & Northern Europe
