What you will do
* Manage the renewals process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate contract updates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
* Track and report on renewals activity, pipeline, and key metrics.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
* Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
* Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Who you are
* Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or related client-facing roles.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting systems to track renewals and client interactions.
