About the role:
Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations of the spare parts, tyres, and oil store
* Implement and maintain effective inventory systems and procedures
* Coordinate with workshop supervisors to ensure availability of required parts
* Ensure supplier-recommended spare parts are stocked as per specifications
* Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance and spending trends
* Review and refine minimum/maximum stock levels to optimize inventory
* Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions
* Uphold health and safety standards across store operations
* Analyze spare parts pricing and support cost control initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
* Planning/logistics experience is a plus, not required
* Strong MS Excel and Office skills
