Responsibilities
Analysis and follow-up of incidents in production shifts; propose corrective measures.
To anticipate possible incidents in the installation and propose solutions. Direct dialogue with the different equipment manufacturers and labor suppliers, in cases where, either for technical reasons or for reasons of personnel planning, this is necessary.
Follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance. Closure of work orders. Direct intervention in those cases in which the complexity of the incidence requires it.
Reparation of reports.
Control and manage possible subcontractors in maintenance works.
To always comply with Health and Safety legislation. To always ensure production quality.
To record all work carried out.
Involvement in continuous improvement.
To always represent the company in a professional manner.
To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures established by the company.
To ensure compliance with the KPI's defined by management.
Requirements
Organizational and planning capacity, agile in decision making and problem solving, with initiative, leadership and negotiation skills, with strategic vision and analytical capacity.
Knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of automated systems.
Interpretation of mechanical, electrical, and electronic technical manuals.
General understanding of control systems.
Understanding PLC equipment, frequency converters, positioning systems, etc.
Work at height.
Previous experience (minimum three years) managing personnel in automated systems (monitoring of work, checking and adjustment of moving parts, guides, brakes, drive shaft, replacing electronic boards, etc.)
Average level of pre-preventive maintenance programs (CMMS, PPM)
Advanced level of English. Valuable French.
