About The Job
At Allianz, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to take on the critical role of Product Owner for Global Mail Service within Allianz's Workplace Services Department. Here, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of our workplace communication services.
Your expertise in both on-premises and Microsoft Exchange Online environments will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of Allianz’s email infrastructure. Serving as the central link between business units, IT teams, and key stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into actionable strategies, oversee the Exchange product lifecycle, and ensure our mailing solutions evolve in alignment with business needs.
What You Do
* Manage the product development and vision, aligning customer solutions with business goals.
* Build and prioritize the product backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
* Maintain key product documentation, including customer journey maps and technical specifications.
* Ensure product features and processes comply with Allianz Group requirements, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Workers Council agreements.
* Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into use cases, agile stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Lead Agile practices, including sprints, planning, execution, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies.
* Partner with vendors and cross-functional partners in the evaluation, development, management, monitoring, and enhancement of assigned products and programs.
What You Bring
* Proven experience providing technical leadership in an enterprise global mail environment, with a focus on Agile and DevOps principles for continuous development of workplace services.
* In-depth understanding of enterprise email systems design, implementation and management, with the ability to develop and deliver technical designs from requirements to final architecture.
* Strong collaboration skills, working with technical architects and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions.
* Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite, along with excellent customer relationship management skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of Agile Delivery methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) and IT Service Management, including certifications like PSM, PSPO, and ITIL.
* Ability to work independently, solving complex problems using multiple information sources.
* Higher education degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Project Management or Agile IT Service Management.
