Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales Growth
2. Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound and inbound activities such as calls, emails, and lead follow‑ups.
3. Grow business from both new and existing customers through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
4. Manage the Full Sales Cycle
5. Support and coordinate the entire sales cycle, from pre‑sales discussions, complex quoting, demo organization, closing business, and organizing post-sales support.
6. Assist in preparing commercial offers, tender responses, quotes, and order bookings.
7. Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/customer databases.
8. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
9. Interpret customer needs and develop long‑lasting partnerships by providing strong product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
10. Answer customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns via phone and email communication.
11. Product & Technical Engagement
12. Explain, demonstrate, and discuss technical functions and features of Keysight’s solutions, often involving complex and scientific instrumentation (e.g. Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analyzers, Network Analyzers, RF Generators).
13. Stay up‑to‑date with product information, competitive offerings, and industry developments.
14. Collaboration with Field Sales & Internal Teams
15. Work closely with assigned Account Managers to support territory planning and customer strategy.
16. Liaise with internal and external partners to drive business development and funnel generation.
17. Administrative & Reporting Duties
18. Handle key administrative tasks including quote preparation, database updates, project‑based reporting, and support documentation.
19. Continuously research and maintain a database of prospects and new leads.
Qualifications
Education
20. Degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Electronic, Communications, Physics or similar).
21. Equivalent technical qualification/experienceExperience & Skills
22. Strong interest in technology, technical sales, and customer engagement
23. Ability to quickly learn and explain complex technical products and solutions
24. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
25. Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or technical support is beneficial but not essential
