We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support the property's commercial strategy through the acquisition and management of accounts within the group segment. Proactive Sales Management
· Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property presentations
· Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, companies, DMCs, and local and international accounts
Reactive Sales Management
· Handle inquiries from clients and agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
· Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts under the supervision of the senior sales team
· Update databases, CRM systems, and sales activity reports
Previous experience in hotel or commercial sales, preferably within the upscale or luxury segment
· Strong interest and motivation to develop within hospitality sales and luxury brand positioning
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
· Professional level of English is essential; Proficiency in office tools, CRM systems, Opera, and Salesforce/Thynk
· Proactivity and strong commercial drive
