You collaborate with distributors, sales and marketing teams, and industry stakeholders to boost visibility and sales. You lead market analysis, strategic planning, and local events, while supporting technical training and brand ambassadors. You thrive in an autonomous, entrepreneurial setting with cross-functional exposure and direct impact on Spain’s market development.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Drive brand development and market share growth in Spain for the pool product portfolio - Coordinate Sales & Marketing activities for the exclusive key customer in Spain and propose actions to boost brand recognition - Build relationships with distributors, managers, pool builders, installers, and stakeholders - Promote reinforced PVC membranes to pool builders/installers and develop brand ambassadors - Visit distribution branches across Spain to ensure brand visibility at points of sale - Train, motivate and support distributor sales teams through trainings and events - Participate in annual negotiations, budgeting and performance follow-up with Sales Director - Organize local technical support and manage the Madrid training Academy - Develop brand awareness through marketing initiatives, trade fairs, events and social media - Analyze market trends, categories and competition to define commercial strategies - Represent the company in pool industry associations and networks in SpainResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in swimming pool industry or technical equipment/products - Strong technical understanding paired with commercial mindset - Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills - Highly autonomous, well organized, able to travel frequently across Spain - Entrepreneurial mindset - Native-level Spanish and fluent English;
