Job Description
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you’ll help source, screen, and hire top-tier talent across global markets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring smooth hiring processes during this critical coverage period.
Requirements
* 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Digital Marketing Industry
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Responsible and responsive with a can-do attitude
* Schedule and manage the entire interview process from start to finish
* Provide excellent candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer closing
