Come join us on our journey to create a trusted digital world.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our existing customers in the Netherlands while driving new business acquisition.Key responsibilities :
Engage with enterprise clients and assist them with their short-term and long-term business requirements;
Cross-sell & Up-sell ourproducts and services to our clients helping grow their business with us;
New Business Acquisition:
follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience;
Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure;
Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs;
Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity;
Represent the company atmajor industry events such as ICANN, CloudFest, and other key networking conferences to build relationships and drive new business opportunities.What We’re Looking For :
Experience :
At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the IT / Tech industry.Industry Knowledge :
Previous experience in the domain / web hosting industry is a plus.Language Skills :
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (both written and verbal).CRM Proficiency :
Experience using any CRM tool (HubSpot preferred).Commercial Mindset :
A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and conducting professional, trust-building conversations to foster long-term relationships.Customer-Centric Approach :
