You will contribute to global SAP S / 4HANA and SAP EWM deployments, shaping the future of our warehouse logistics and supply chain processes across multiple countries. Responsibilities
* Own the end‑to‑end solution architecture and design, while successfully leading the implementation of SAP EWM within our global S / 4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
* Translate complex and evolving business requirements into scalable, high‑performance SAP Supply Chain solutions with a strong emphasis on SAP EWM, defining scalable solution blueprints and guiding configuration teams to ensure robust process design across inbound and outbound logistics.
* Design and govern the integration of SAP EWM with S / 4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, TM) and non‑SAP logistics/automation systems, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end supply chain execution.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: design, realization, testing, cut‑over, go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
* Contribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S / 4HANA solutions.
* Support the creation of solution documentation, leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Collaborate closely with an international cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
* Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.
Qualifications
* 8 years of SAP EWM experience, including at least 2 global roll‑outs in an architect/lead role with strong exposure to international manufacturing environments.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
* Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA implementations, ideally in large‑scale industrial manufacturing multinational environments with complex warehouse logistics and supply chain processes and after‑sales (services) business models.
* Deep knowledge of core EWM processes (Inbound/Outbound, internal movements, stock transfer, physical inventory, cross‑docking and replenishment), and integration with SD, MM, PP, QM, TM and with non‑SAP solutions (e.G., automation systems, Field Service Execution).
* Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
* Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken);
additional languages (e.G., German) are an advantage.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
* SAP EWM certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.
