About NNormalNNormal is an outdoor brand born between the shores of Mallorca and the fjords of Norway.Our mission is to design timeless, functional, and performance-oriented gear that is built to last — encouraging people to enjoy and respect nature.All products are designed in Mallorca and tested in Norway, a reflection of our name, which combines “Nor-way” and “Mal-lorca.”NNormal was founded through the partnership between Camper and Kilian Jornet.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of our trade marketing strategy across key markets, ensuring strong brand presence, consistent retail execution, and seamless collaboration with partners, distributors, and internal teams.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, fluent in English, and ideally based in Mallorca.ResponsibilitiesKey Accounts & Clients: Execute trade marketing plans with key accounts and online partners to support launches, visibility, and seasonal initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing sell-out performance.Distributors: Collaborate with international distributors to support their local marketing plans, providing assets, tools, and guidance to ensure global alignment.Retail Visibility (Corners, Walls & Windows): Oversee the implementation of walls, corners, windows, and in-store materials globally, managing production, delivery, and execution follow-up.Shoe Testing Program: Coordinate the global shoe testing program by connecting the brand with local communities and run clubs, ensuring proper tracking, feedback collection, and reporting.Events (B2B & B2C): Support the design, production, and execution of brand events, ensuring a premium brand experience and consistent operational excellence.Tools & B2B Support: Develop and update selling tools (PDPs, catalogues, seasonal assets) and maintain brand consistency across all B2B platforms.Requirements2+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, brand activation, or similar roles.Strong project management and organizational skills; capable of managing production timelines and logistics.Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including sales teams, distributors, and retailers.Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are highly valued.Deep passion and understanding of the outdoor and trail running worldProactive, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.Ideally based in Mallorca or willing to relocate.What We OfferJoin a purpose-driven and fast-growing outdoor brand.Work in a creative, dynamic, and international environment.Opportunity to contribute to global trade marketing initiatives with direct impact.A team culture built around authenticity, performance, and respect for nature.Benefits related to sport, outdoor experiences, and personal development.
