We are looking for a Sales Director (f/m/d) to support our team in Santa Eulalia as soon as possible.

Your main tasks
* Manage the office operations
* Support, motivate, and coach employees
* Acquire and sell properties
* Provide customer care
* Expand and maintain the client network
* Develop a deep understanding of the local property market, its products, and services
* Prepare market analyses and property presentations
Your profile
* Proficiency in Spanish, English, and German (written and spoken)
* Advanced IT skills
* Proven sales experience in the property sector
* Goal-oriented with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
* Excellent intercultural and social skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
