International firm is looking for a IA Expert. Responsibilities: Provide ongoing guidance on AI developments, including emerging trends, tools, and implementation approaches Identify and propose prioritized AI use cases upon request, including feasibility assessments and high-level effort estimations Scope and design AI initiatives with clearly defined objectives and high-level implementation roadmaps Facilitate regular team coordination through daily stand-ups with internal and external contributors Ensure consistent and effective communication across distributed teams using appropriate collaboration channels Prepare and manage team capacity planning and effort estimations ahead of sprint cycles Maintain and continuously refine project plans to reflect progress, risks and changing priorities Oversee and prioritize the project backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming work cycles Organize and deliver regular progress reviews and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external partners Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodologies Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners Required Skills: 8–10+ years of professional experience (experience specifically in AI can be shorter, given the low maturity of the technology) Proven track record of leading successful AI projects Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Jira and Confluence and agile project management methodologies Project Management and/or Scrum certification Background in software engineering or systems architecture Additional: Budget: EUR 75,000–90,000 The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and follows a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the office in Madrid A high level of English is required, as the candidate will need to communicate regularly with the team in Switzerland Process: 3 interviews: first interview with the PM team (30 minutes), 2nd interview with the technical team (45 minutes) and 3rd interview with the CEO of the company (30 minutes)
